Our Graduate Students come from all around the world with very diverse backgrounds, including Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, and Material Science as well as other disciplines such as Geology and Commerce.

 

The Norman B. Keevil Institute of Mining Engineering offers excellent courses and cutting edge research across a spectrum of disciplines related to the mining industry.

 

Graduate students work with leading scientists in state-of-the-art facilities within the Institute and in field sites around the world. Mining Graduate Programs offers three graduate degree programs: the MEng (Masters of Engineering in Mining (course-based, non-thesis)), MASc (Master of Applied Science in Mining) and a PhD (Doctorate of Philosophy in Mining).
