Biography

Libin Tong is a technician responsible for performing a variety of duties related to the running of the Coal and Mineral Processing Laboratory at the Norman B. Keevil Institute of Mining Engineering, University of British Columbia (UBC). Libin completed his BASc (1997) and MASc (2000) in Non-ferrous Metallurgy at Northeastern University, China, and obtained a PhD (2009) in hydrometallurgy at UBC. Between 2009 and 2016, Libin worked as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Mining Engineering, UBC.
