This project is In partnership with the Norman B. Keevil Institute of Mining Engineering at the University of British Columbia. The learning will be classroom-based and land-based. While the participants will mostly be rural, the courses will be delivered in classrooms that most of them can drive to. The remainder will receive broadcasts. The instruction will draw upon the participants’ knowledge of the Gitsegukla territories, and field trips and a geological survey will take place within the Gitsegukla watershed.
