Stefan Nadolski is a founder of Minpraxis Solutions. He has worked for over 17 years in the mining industry in the areas of technology development, sensor-based sorting, comminution, mechanical design and energy conservation.
Stefan has a PhD and a master’s degree from the University of British Columbia in the field of mining engineering and a mechanical engineering degree from the University of Sydney. Working closely with a block cave mine, his PhD research focused on developing integrated mine and mill approaches for block caving operations. He has contributed to over 25 publications in the fields of mining and mineral processing, two of which were awarded the CEEC medal for their significance to the field of energy efficient comminution.
Outside of being a consultant, Stefan enjoys studying languages and stand-up paddling in the Burrard Inlet of Vancouver.
